Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. We are unable to offer refunds on purchases of Lightroom presets or any other digital download.

Shipping & Handling

If your order contains any physical products, please allow up to 72 hours for it to be processed. We strive to process all inbound orders as quickly as possible but due to high capacity surrounding holidays or product launches, some orders may require additional processing time. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
